Is it free?
Yes. You get 3 free downloads every hour. The counter resets at the top of the hour.
Do you keep the videos?
No. The file streams from the source to your device as it's made. Nothing is saved on our servers.
Why is 4K not offered for some videos?
We only list qualities the source actually has. If it was uploaded in 1080p, that's the top option.
Why does my trimmed clip start a little early?
To keep it fast we cut on keyframes instead of re-encoding, so a clip can start up to about 2 seconds before the time you set.
Where does the file go on iPhone?
Safari saves it to the Files app, in Downloads. From there you can share it to Photos.
Can I download anything?
Only videos you own or have permission to save. Respect the creator's rights and each site's rules.
How do you make money without ads?
Today we don't. The free plan stays free, and a paid Plus plan for heavy users is planned. We will not add ad networks or pop-ups.
Do I have to install the extension or app?
No. Everything works on this page, at every quality. The extension and app are optional extras that come later.
